In this online class, children ages 3-6 will develop and practice important STEM skills, like critical thinking, creativity, communication and problem solving. Each class will begin with a short, age-appropriate read aloud that is related to the theme of the month. Students will then complete a hands-on activity or engineering design challenge that relates to the story. Students will practice building, testing, and evaluating their creations, eventually discovering that although some ideas may work better than others, the only true failure can come if you quit!
Note: Classes are booked for one session (month) at a time. Each week, students will use a different kit of materials. You will receive all of the kits for the month in one package prior to the first class. Additional materials may be required from home.
